A portable Starlink Mini power kit for a Harbor Freight Apache 3800 case. A 3D printed battery box sits in one end of the case base, already wired with a battery meter, a lighted ON / OFF switch, a 12 V socket with a 100 W USB-C PD adapter, an AC battery charger and a replaceable fuse.

Features

  • Pre-wired: meter, switch, 12 V socket, USB-C PD adapter, charger and fuse installed and tested
  • Tool-free latch and knob lid mount holds the Starlink Mini in the case lid
  • Meter in a raised bezel, readable with the lid open
  • 100 W USB-C PD adapter in a waterproof 12 V socket
  • 2 A LFP charger built in; its AC cord stores beside the box
  • Replaceable fuse isolates the battery if current in or out goes over 10 A
  • Screw-down cover on brass heat-set inserts, ON / OFF labels inlaid
  • Leaves about 6" of open space in the case for the Starlink cable and accessories
  • Black PETG, which handles heat in a vehicle better than PLA
